Card Replacement Information
Has your Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card been Damaged, Lost, Stolen or was Never Received?
Call EBT customer service to reset your EBT PIN or replace your card as soon as possible:

"Once you report it, your EBT card will be deactivated so that the benefits cannot be used by anyone else. You should usually receive your new card in the mail within five days (excluding Sundays and holidays)."
As a reminder, Fresno County Department of Social Services will never ask for your EBT PIN!
Has your Medi-Cal Benefits Identification Card (BIC) been Damaged, Lost, Stolen or was Never Received?
Please call the Fresno County Department of Social Services 24 hour service line at 1-559-600-1377 or toll free at 1-855-832-8082 between 7:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday-Friday
"If you did not receive your BIC or it is lost or stolen, you may ask for a BIC from your county social services office.
If your BIC is stolen, you must tell your local police and your county social services office. You should give as much information about the theft as possible.
If you are issued a new card, your old card will no longer be valid."
